Will our tour be cancelled due to rain or bad weather?

Rides are rain-or-shine. Your ride will be cancelled at Austin Bike Tour’s discretion if we decide it’s too dangerous or uncomfortable to ride. If Austin Bike Tours cancels your ride at any time and for any reason, you will receive a full refund, or credit for a future tour.

What if I need to cancel?

If a custom tour reservation is cancelled with at least two weeks notice, a 100% refund can be issued to the guest. If it is cancelled under one week but more than 72 hours, we can offer a 50% refund. If the reservation is cancelled with less than 48 hours before the reservation, no refund will be issued.

How do I book?

We will place a courtesy hold on your date. A 50% down payment is required to hold your date against other reservations. Payment in full is due at least 2 weeks prior to your tour departure date. Any no shows day of the tour will not be given a refund.

Custom Tour Options

• Time - 1hr/2hr/3hr/4hr tours

• Food and/or brewery stops

• Bike delivery and setup if needed ($75 roundtrip delivery fee per 5 bikes))

• Visit historical & art sites of your choosing
